Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Cookies
- 500 g cream cheese, island farm, Victorian style ( Superstore or Costco, in a container that looks like sour cream)
-500 g unsalted butter
- 500 g flour ( all purpose, cake and pastry will work as well).

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients and make a dough. Roll it until about 0.5 cm thick or less. Cut out cookies. At this point you can either dip each cookie in egg and then sugar or bake without that and just add icing sugar after they bake.
Bake at 360 degrees until golden.
See notes below for quick tip on how to make the dough

Easy Tip for making the dough:
use cold butter stick and dip in flour and then shred on the big part of cheese shredder. This will make combining the ingredients a lot easier. Don't overwork the dough. Can put it back it in the fridge for few minutes to solidify it.
