1 C whipping cream
1 C sugar
4 eggs
3 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
1- 1 1/4 extra cup of flour for folding
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs till light and fluffy
add sugar gradually
stop machine and add vanilla and cream
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl
Make a well and add liquid ingredients
Mix together and roll onto floured counter top
Fold together adding flour until not sticky
Roll out dough in rectangular shape
Make 2 slits and braid
Deep fry.

When cool, dust with icing sugar.
