1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. candied pineapple
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. chopped red cherries
1/4 c. ground cherries
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. white wine
1 1/2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl, set aside 1/2 c. of mixture. Combine pecans, pineapple, dates and cherries. Mix well.
Dredge fruit in 1/2 c. of reserved flour mix.
Cream butter in large bowl, gradually add sugar. Beat until fluffy.
Add eggs beating well. Add dry ingredients alternately with wine and milk.
Stir in fruit and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes.
