1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, softened
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
48 small stuffed olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and paprika together, and then mix them together with the softened butter and shredded cheese to form a fairly stiff dough. By hand, flatten about a tablespoon of the dough and wrap entirely around one of the olives. Once all the olives are wrapped,
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 400º for 10-15 minutes.

These can be made in advance and frozen too!

It's 6:00 on the morning of New Year's Eve, 2014. I am starting to make the food and setting for about 80 guests tonight, and thought these sounded pretty great. So great, in fact, that I figured we had better add them to the book.
