2 C. oil
2 C. Pumpkin (1 can)
4 Eggs
4 tsp. milk
4 tsp. vanilla
4 C. Sugar
8 C. Flour
4 tsp. baking soda
8 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. slat
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
This is a double recipe. Mix oil, pumpkin, eggs, milk, and vanilla together. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice, mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350 º
