1 c water
1 c canned milk
2 T butter
1 c corn meal
1/2 c water
1/2 c canned milk
3 T baking powder
1 t salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, milk and butter to an even boil. Add cornmeal gradually. Remove from fire when thick. Add water, milk, baking powder and salt. Beat two egg whites stiff. Add yolks, then fold into corn meal mixture. Put in buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 300º.
