1 c zwieback's crumbs
1 T (rounded) flour
salt
1 t sugar
1 t oil
1+ cups warm milk
2 eggs (separated)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs with flour, salt, and sugar. Pour milk over dry mixture and stir. Add yolks and stir. Let stand. Beat whites stiff, fold in lightly. Bake on hot griddle.
