1 T. coffee
1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. pareve milk
1/4 c. coffee liquor

2 whip toppings
2 pkgs. sandwich cookies
15-20 pieces Viennese crunch ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Add pareve milk and coffee liquor.
Whip topping until peaks form- put in pastry bag (or a ziploc bag and cut off the tip)
Dip sandwich cookie into coffee mixture and place at bottom of mini trifle cup ( dip briefly- do not allow the cookie to soak or it will fall apart).
Squeeze whip topping in a thin layer over the cookie.
Repeat with another layer of cookie and whip.
Crumble Viennese crunch or remaining cookies into chunks.
Sprinkle over the top layer of whip- refrigerate until ready to serve.
