1 (18.25 oz) pkg. Pillsbury Moist Supreme White Cake Mix
1 (3 oz) cream cheese
¼ teaspoon red gel of food coloring
1 egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl combine butter, cream cheese, and egg. Blend well. Add cake mix and blend well. Divide dough in ½. Add food coloring to ½ the dough and blend well.

For each cookie, measure 1 teaspoon of white dough and 1 teaspoon of red dough.
Roll them into 4 inch ropes. Place ropes side by side and gently roll them together. Twist and place onto cookie sheet like a candy. Bake 2 inches apart for 7 – 9 minutes, just enough for the edges to become slightly brown.
