Pie Crust Ingredients:
2 cups flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tbsp. sugar
1 ½ stick cold butter
¼ cup water
1 egg, beaten
½ tbsp. vinegar



Filling Ingredients:
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
¾ tsp. cinnamon
6 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced

Crumb Topping Ingredients:
½ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º

Pie Crust
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut butter into small cubes and add to flour mixture. Blend butter in with hands until crumbly. Add water, egg and vinegar, mix well until dough forms a ball. Chill for 1 hour. Roll dough out 1/4" larger than pie pan and place in pie pan, crinkle the edges to form a nice look.

Filling
In a small bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, add the apples, then pour the sugar mixture on top, stirring to cover the apples. Pour apples into prepared pie shell.

Crumb Topping
Combine flour, sugar and butter - cut with pastry cutter or use a fork until crumbly. Put over the apples evenly. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

**Can use Pillsbury Roll Out Dough for crust.**
