3 c. cold milk
2 pkgs (4 oz. size) chocolate instant pudding
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 12oz. marble or chocolate pound cake cut into cubes
1/2 c. chocolate syrup
1 package Heath Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes and let stand 5 min. Gently stir in 2 c. Cool Whip

Arrange 1/2 of cake cubes in large serving bowl and drizzle with 1/2 of chocolate syrup. Layer with 1/2 Heath bits and 1/2 of pudding mixture. Repeat layers ending with pudding mix.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.Garnish with remaining whipped topping or chocolate curls or something of your choice. Store in fridge.
