1 c pumpkin
½ c oil
2 eggs
1 ½ c sugar
½ t salt
½ t clove
½ t cinnamon
1-2/3 c flour
1 t soda,
1 c pecans chopped

filling
6 oz cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1 Tb flour
1 egg
2 t grated orange peel
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the batter and the filling in separate bowls.
Pour ½ of the batter in 2 greased loaf pans, spoon filling on batter filling layer, the rest of batter on top Bake 325F 1 1/2 hour until tooth pick inserted into middle comes out clean.
Cool 10min, turn out. Fridge
