24 frozen mini tart shells
1 egg
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake tart shells as directed on package.


Beat egg with brown sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, chocolate and pecans. Spoon filling into baked shells.


Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 min. Cool slightly before removing from cups.

You can just make the filling and put it over ice cream or fill up the tarts and cook. I did not use as much sugar as they recommend. I used about one third cup of sugar plus a tbsp. You could probably use a 3rd banana to make it go further. It depends on the size of your tarts how many they will make I did 12 and just ate the left overs out of the pan with the warmed pecans and it was delicious.
