1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup raisins
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 1/2 cups milk
1 stick butter
1 large box instant vanilla pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and mix well. Add cooked rice. Add raisins. Add instant pie filling and mix well.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Test with a knife for doneness -- knife should come out clean.
