Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Noodles (Rooster Brand Instant Noodles work best)
Sesame Oil
Canola Oil
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mini corns
Red pepper (diced)
Broccoli
Celery
Onions
Hoisin sauce
Soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
• Chop vegetables
• Place a mixture of canola oil & sesame oil in wok (enough to sauté vegetables)
• Saute onions until slightly softened
• While onions are cooking, boil water in large pot and add noodles and remove from heat (drain when cooked) - for added flavour, I add chicken bovril to water. If using Rooster brand noodles, they're already in sections - generally one section per person.
• Add red pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, celery and corns to onions and cook until slightly softened (best when they're still crunchy)
• Add noodles to wok
• Add Hoisin and Soya sauce to taste
• Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
• Add whatever vegetables you choose (these are just the ones I use) - sugar or snap peas, carrots, mushrooms are all options that work well.
• If not serving a protein side dish, I add cooked chicken or shrimp.
• Don't really have a recipe for this, I just throw it all together.
