1 package cherry jello (small)
1 package strawberry jello (small)
2 cups boiling hot water
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
3 or 4 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
3/4 cup sugar
juice from pineapple
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 (8 to 10 ounce) cream cheese)
1 (8 ounce) cool whip
coconut for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well cherry, strawberry jello and hot water. Mix marshmallows, bananas, pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.......I refrigerate longer until it sets well.

Cook the following on top of stove until thick, but do not boil; sugar, juice from pineapple, eggs, flour and cream cheese. Stir constantly. Spread over refrigerated jello evenly. Refrigerate. Let cool. On top, spread Cool Whip. Top with coconut.
