4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
2 T. flour

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour. Beat and add milk. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Family Memories from Bettye: Grandma Cleo made this alot. My memories of Grandma are all good; she was someone I could talk to about anything. I’d come in from dates and sit on the end of the bed and talk and talk. If she didn’t approve of where I’d been or who I’d been with she’d say so and tell me why. Many of my friends couldn’t talk to their mothers that way. . . After everyone had left home but me, she’d sit in the rocking chair and talk about her life. It was fascinating!
