1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper (white if possible)

2 PIES:
11 eggs
6 egg yolks
3 1/4 half and half
1/2 salt
1/2 pepper (white if possible)

FILLINGS:
Bacon Cheddar
4 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz bacon
Asiago
6 oz Asiago cheese
Quiche Loraine
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
4 oz chopped ham
Pinch of Nutmeg
Broccoli Cheddar
1/2 bundle of broccoli
cut up
4 oz cheddar
Sundried Tomato w/Spinach
2 tsp sundried tomato
4 oz spinach (frozen)
2 oz Asiago cheese
Pesto

Directions:
Put desired ingredients in a 9 or 10 inch deep frozen pie crust. Preheat regular oven to 365º or convection oven to 325º. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes
