- 1 can (14 oz / 398 ml) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 pkg (85 g each) Raspberry Jello powder
- 1 can (398 ml) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2/3 cup walnut pieces
- 1 apple, chopped
- 24 paper muffin liners

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice to measure 2 1/2 cups, pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Add to jelly powder in large bowl, stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Refrigerate 2 1/2 hours or until firm. Remove liners.
Suggested garnish - arugula.
