1 c. shredded Cheddar
1.c. shredded Swiss Cheese
12 T butter room temp.
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Sift flour with salt, Mix softened butter with the cheeses. Add the flour mixture and the pepper and paprika.. Roll into tiny balls. Refrigerate at least 30 min. before baking. Leave an inch between balls as they will melt and spread. Bake 15 min. until the bottom starts to brown.Remove from the oven and let sit a minuet to firm up and so no one will burn their month when they take a bite.
