1/2 lb acina de pepe pasta
1 can pineapple chunks - regular size
1 can mandarin oranges - med size
drain juice - reserve fruit
3/4 c sugar
2 T flour
2 beaten eggs
dash salt
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain really well, while you are making the custard.(Put together all the other ingredients, in the order listed - cook over low-med heat until it gets thick and boils a bit.) Add the custard to the well-drained pasta and put in the fridge overnight. Add the pineapple and whipped cream just before serving, and fold in the mandarin oranges.
