3 quarts sliced cukes (peel & remove seeds)

2 pounds sliced onions

2 red and 2 green peppers sliced

1 bunch of celery - sliced

2 cups vinegar

3 cups sugar

1/3 cup pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegetables as stated above. Boil and cool 2 cups vinegar, 3 cups sugar and 1/3 cup pickling salt. Pour over vegetables and mix. Let stand overnight. Put in freezer containers. When you use the cukes, thaw and drain.
