1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp beg oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 3/4 hottest tap water
Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 350ºF mix flour, sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, and salt in an ungreased square pan 9X9X2. Mix in milk oil and canilla with fork until smooth. spread in pan sprink with brown sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa. pour hot water over batter. Bake for 40 minutes. best served warm with ice cream
