• ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cream together the butter and cream cheese on medium speed until smooth
3. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour and mix on low until the flour is incorporated.
4. Place the Oreo cookie crumbs in a small bowl. Scoop the cookies into about 1½ to 2″ balls and then roll in the cookie crumbs.
5. Place the cookie balls on sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes
