FiILLING
1 can crushed pineapple (regular size - add another 8 ounce can)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons tapioca or 6 tablespoons flour

DOUGH
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups shortening (can use butter)
5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

FILLING
Mix all ingredients in a pan. Cook for 5 minutes, then cool.

DOUGH
Mix like pie crust.

Add 1/4 cup milk and 3 well beaten eggs.

Roll half of the dough and put in a tin. Spread filling on top of dough.

Roll the other half of the dough between waxed paper.

Bake for 30 minutes. Frost while warm.

Note: If dough is too soft, add more flour.
