1 3oz package of lime Jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (10 oz) can of cream of asparagus soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion, grated
Dash pepper
1/2 cup cucumber (wash and partially peel cucumber-shred part and mince part)
1/2 cup celery, diced

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool, add soup, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and pepper. Allow to partially set before adding cucumber and celery
