2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in a med bowl. Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl at medium speed, until fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Gradually add flour mixture. Beat at low speed until well blended. Form dough into two discs, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Roll out, then cut using cookie cutter of your choice.
Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes
