Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 column Saltines (from a 4 pack package)
2 sticks butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 12 ounce package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Layer saltines on foil lined 15" x 10" pan.

Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Pour or spoon butter-sugar mixture over Saltines. Bake for 7 minutes. Watch carefully.

Remove the pan from the oven and spread the chocolate chips over the tops of the cooked Saltines. Using the back of a spoon helps. Don't let pan cool at all before spreading chocolate chips. It can be done with the pan on the open oven door so that the syrup is still liquid.

Cool in the refrigerator. Break into pieces. Freeze.
