2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup corn meal
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted fat or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light. Add buttermilk. Sift corm meal, soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix all together with melted butter.

Pour into buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
