20 LB pickling cukes

Brine
48 cup water
3 cup pickling salt
8 cups vinegar
11/3 cup sugar
3 handfuls of pickling spice
garlic cloves

Bring brine to boil
pack the jars with pickling cukes, garlic cloves, and dill heads
pour brine into jars, seal and process in water bath for 20 mins
