Dough
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
4 egg whites
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 tsp salt
xx flour
Filling
300 g chopped walnuts
100 g golden raisins
200 g sugar
lemon rind from 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
MIx ingredients for dough and divide into two equal parts. Flatten to very thin. Spread with oil with a brush. Mix indredients of the filling. Add half of the filling. Add drops of warm honey. Roll into a rolade. Make cute but not through. Bake at low temperature. When almost ready, spread with oil and warm honey with a brush. Repeat. Yields two rolades.
