6 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buter
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients, except vanilla, in Fondue Pot at HI, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted.

Reduce heat to MED. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes, until thickened.

Add vanilla and mix well.

Set control to LO for serving.
