1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 pound cream cheese plus more for topping
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip plus more for topping
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix flour and butter. Add nuts.

Spread in an ungreased 9"x13" cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.

Mix cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Beat pudding with milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Lemon variation: Substitute lemon pudding for chocolate pudding. Do not use instant pudding.

Banana variation: Substitute vanilla pudding for chocolate pudding and add sliced bananas.
