1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE (1 tablespoon)
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large bowl.

Stir in pumpkin, evaporated milk, and egg until smooth.

Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Makes 2 9" pies.
