2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup soda water
xx flour
bread crumbs, plain

200 g margarine unsalted
xx flour

1.5 kg apples
1 cup sugar
cinnamon
raisins

Flatten dough #1, add dough #2 in the middle and wrap. Repeat three times. Divide into two equal halves. Flatten,
add bread crumbs. Peel and shread apples. Let sit in a strainer for 20 minutes to remove most liquids. Add apples on top of bread crumbs, sugar and raisins. Add the second half od dough. Make holes with a fork, spread sugar and bake 190°C or 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
