1 1/2 cup (3 sticks) butter; softened
3 cups sugar
5 eggs; room temp.
3 cups flour
3/4 cup 7 up/sprite
3 teaspoon lemon extract
1 to 1 1/2 cups blueberries; optional

Glaze: 1 cup powder sugar, lemon juice to make glaze consistency (about 1/2 to 1 lemon).

325º 75 minutes
Prepare bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir in blueberries if using.
