1 section of Brabant Pastry

1/2tsp Cinnamon
2tbs Flour
5c Granny Smith apples, peeled & diced
2tsp Lemon juice
1c White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw pastry in fridge overnight. Remove 15 minutes prior to starting.
2. Roll out pastry to make upper and lower crusts of a 9" pie plate.
3. Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
4. Add apples and stir to cover slices.
5. Turn over into pie shell and sprinkle with lemon juice.
6. Dampen edges and place top crust. Trim and crimp to seal. Cut slits for venting
7. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp sugar over crust
8. Bake on the bottom shelf for 45 minutes on 350º
