4 New York Strips or Rib Eyes (8oz. each and 1 1/4" thick)
10 Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mash garlic with salt to form paste. Add oil, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, and pepper; mix well.
Grill steaks over med-hot grill, turning once or until meat reaches desired doneness. (rare, a meat thermometer should read 140º, medium 160º, well-done 170º).
Brush with garlic mixture during the last few minutes of cooking.
