1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, eggs and Cool Whip in a large bowl. Blend for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed until all dry ingredients are moistened. Refrigerate dough, covered for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 10 minutes until cookies are puffed and still slightly soft. Let cookies rest for 2 minutes on cookie sheet--then to rack for cooling. The cookies will have a cracked look as they cool.
