1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk

Topping
Drained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1egg beaten
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust
Cut butter into flour, stir in egg and milk. Line an i greased pan with this mixture and pat down with fingers or spoon to get an even mixture.

Cover with drained crushed pineapple
Mix with the remainder of the ingredients together and spread over pineapple
Bake at 350ºF -375ºF for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares or fingers.
