1 Chuck Roast
2 cans (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce
1 Chopped Onion (unless you are Savanna)
2 cloves minced Garlic
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Chuck Roast in a Dutch Oven or deep pot in a small amount of oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix water and corn starch and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Stir and then mix in cornstarch mixture. Turn down, cover and simmer for 3-4 hours. Turn over at least once.
