Grammy's Beef Stroganoff Recipe

2 lb Flank Steak
3 Tbsp Bacon Fat
1 large Sliced Onion (unless you're Savanna)
10 oz Sliced Mushrooms
Flour to coat beef
1 cup Boiling Water
1 Beef Bullion Cube
1 cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from steak and cut in 1/2 inch strips. Toss steak strips in flour to coat. Brown in bacon fat or butter. Remove from pan and set aside. Add the rest of the bacon fat or butter to pan and sauté onions and mushrooms. Return meat to pan and add the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the sour cream. Cover and simmer for two hours. Right before serving, add sour cream and bring back up to temp.
Serve over wide egg noodles, mashed potato or rice.
