8 c. rhubarb
8 c. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, water, sugar and lemon juice until tender; strain well. (OK if some pulp goes through). Add jello and stir well. Add vodka, put into ice cream buckets and freeze. To serve: fill tall glass with 1/2 mixture and top off with 7-up.
