1 fryer cut up
2 cups flour
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Paparika 2 tablespoons

Directions:
Directions:
Pull chicken out of water and place wet chicken piece in the flour mixture.
Place chicken pieces in hot skillet with approximately 1" of cooking oil.
Place lid on skillet and turn only once.

Personal Notes:
Granny was always heavy on the papricka and salt in the flour mixture. Place cooked pieces in a dutch oven lined with dish towel. Keep lid on pieces as you pull them from the skillet. Serve and enjoy.
