½ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
1 cup light corn syrup (can use part dark syrup if necessary)
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup broken pecans
1 unbaked 9” pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, syrup and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts, mix and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can bake longer if needed depending on oven. If you use a foil pan place it on baking sheet to keep it from buckling. This sheet could add to baking time.
