1 jiffy mix box
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
I tub of sour cream ( not low fat)
1 can of corn kernels plus the juice
1 can of creamed corn plus the juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, put in a soufflé baking bowl or glass Pyrex dish and cook for an hour and 15 or and hour and a half at 350.
The top should be golden brown.

It will deflate when you take it out and that's ok.

Should be served while it is still warm.
