1 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
2 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. cocoa powder, Dutch process
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, and then mix the vanilla until well blended.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Add it to the above mixture and mix only until blended. Add the chips into the mixture.

Drop teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350º.
