Cake:
1 c. (1/2 lb.) margarine
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
dash of salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Topping:
1 stick margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cake:
Melt margarine; add cocoa and mix well. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add melted cocoa and margarine; mix well. Add salt and flour and blend. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan (9 x 13). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Spread 1 (8 oz) package of miniature marshmallows on top of cake while still ho9t. Add topping.

Topping:
Melt cocoa and margarine. Stir in milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. M
