1 quart (4 cups) milk
1 pint (2 cups) water
1/2 stick butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar to taste
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 cups Farina
Egg, beaten
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on Farina box to prepare.

Let stand over night in a flat plate.

Slice, dip in egg and bread crumbs, then fry.
