1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 bacon strips, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 lb bulk pork sausage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Add beef and sausage, mix well. In a shallow baking pan, shape mixture into an 8-1/2 in x 4-1/2 in x 2-1/2 in loaf. Bake at 350º for 1-1/4 hours or until no pink remains. Drain. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
